TLPAC Test

The TLPAC test is an examination of the knowledge and comprehension of the English language. The examination has four sections in which the student will be tested in reading comprehension, listening, writing as well grammar. The reading section consist of 10 questions in which the student can score up to 100 points and we recommend they do not take more than 30 minutes. The listening section consist of 5 questions in which the student can score up to 50 points and we recommend they do not take more than 30 minutes. The writing section consist of 2 written questions in which the student can score up to 50 points and we recommend they do not take more than 50 minutes. The grammar section consist of 30 written questions in which the student can score up to 300 points and we recommend they do not take more than 40 minutes.

TLPAC testing is available for all teaching levels
The recommended times above are only mentioned to ensure the student has time to complete the other sections of the examination but the student may decide how to use their time most efficiently.  The total amount of points a student can score is 500 and in order to receive the TLPAC certificate they must score at least 450 points or an equivalent to 90%. Scores will expire after 3 year of the testing date. Students who would like their scores must retake the test.
